Shipping Policy
At Lather and Life Wellness, we carefully package every order to ensure it arrives safely.
Canada

Flat rate shipping: $15 CAD on all orders shipped within Canada.

United States

Flat rate shipping: $30 CAD on all orders shipped to the United States.

International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select destinations. Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and package size and will be displayed at checkout where available.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by their country.
Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. Lather and Life Wellness is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders are subject to separate shipping rates based on order size, weight, and destination. Shipping costs will be provided at the time of ordering.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the hygienic nature of our handmade soaps and body care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and work with you to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
If your order is cancelled before it has shipped, a full refund will be issued. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
